00:27:35 Alex Wang: Belina- I hear you! For me, scheduling in time, blocking a couple hours a week on the calendar to work on personal development has been helpful. Setting weekly or monthly goal is also helpful.

00:49:02 Daniela Ordonez Delgado: Hi! I write because im still at work hahah. Im Daniela, from Bogotá Colombia. I think the first to introduce today from outside the US haha. Live there. I work managing a Management company in the music industry. We have great bands (latin pop music) I love the people but feel off, even if im Good on my role, I need to create and give more to the world. Im great leading teams even when im an introvert so after work i need to recharge and Im trying to fit better on the world.
