01:24:40 Emily Rose Prats: for me i also recognize that the culture i live in reinforces doing way too much and putting ourselves second. it’s that martyr complex that the catholic women in my family passed down ; ) but also work culture is like YAY shoutout to this person for going way above & beyond…even though we’re not getting paid to go above and beyond or getting that time back for ourselves in any way
