00:35:35 Aleta Williams: Welcome Krystle
00:37:49 Kelley Jabr: Krystle, I have been feeling the same way for a while. For me, a big part of the disconnect is just my energy levels. I find I”m having to spend more time resting and taking care of myself, which gives me less time for *anything* else.
00:41:18 Kalena Michalec: Beach came up for me as well 🙂
00:42:59 Elizabeth Evans: I love the picture of you sitting around a table with young women. What a vivid way to describe the act of mentoring.
00:44:00 Jennifer Janes: Thank you. It definitely is a visual for me and now I need to take action as the next step so it becomes reality.
00:51:20 Kalena Michalec: I have to hop off for a meeting. Thanks, Belma! Have a good day everyone.

00:56:31 Aleta Williams: Hi Ellen
00:57:03 Elizabeth Evans: I appreciate the idea of focusing on a smaller chunk of time to see accomplishment and progress. I tend to think big and long. I might be missing too much along the way.
00:58:38 Aleta Williams: Feel alive everyday…that’s good
00:58:46 Kelley Jabr: Love that!
00:58:53 Krystle Reniguntala: Love it too!

01:01:30 Brittany Burns: It’s only morbid if you write other peoples…;P
01:02:15 Elizabeth Evans: There’s a terrific movie about the NYT obituary writers. Well worth watching.

01:03:25 Ellen Guthrie: “She can walk into a room of strangers and within a short period of time, she would have found something important about each of them. She makes people feel good, and she building people up.” Constance Isherwood, died at 101, oldest practicing lawyer in BC

01:07:00 Belma McCaffrey: What’s one action you can take to get you closer to your life vision?
01:07:21 Belma McCaffrey: How can you hold yourself accountable for that action?
01:08:50 Corina Aoi: Nice Stephanie!
01:10:57 Corina Aoi: I’m struggling with the accountability piece, not sure how to do that, so looking forward to hear from others
01:12:31 Aleta Williams: I need to put it on the calendar and stick to it
01:12:55 Ellen Guthrie: My accountability plan is to communicate my needs/goals with my husband. He doesn’t let me get away with anything and knows when I’m procrastinating or running away from hard things 😉

01:16:13 Krystle Reniguntala: I like to put personal things in a happy color. It catches my eye and makes me feel good. Small thing, but it works.
01:16:42 Aleta Williams: That’s a good idea to color calendar
01:16:53 Kelley Jabr: Haha, I do the opposite – I out them in RED so they seem more important
01:18:11 Corina Aoi: Nice Krystle!
01:19:20 Krystle Reniguntala: Haha, red works too! Still catches the eye.
01:23:54 Ellen Guthrie: Elizabeth – I just bought an iPad so that I could draw more and not have to worry about pencils/paints/paper. It’s facilitated my creativity immensely.
01:25:49 Aleta Williams: I have to drop off. Thank you everyone for sharing. I got some great takeaways. I need to make a plan and stick to it.
01:26:01 Corina Aoi: I have to jump for my next meeting! Thank you everyone!
01:27:47 Brittany Burns: Bye!
