00:41:15 Aleta Williams: Congratulations Kelley!!! You are on your way.
00:41:27 Alexandra Vucetic: Feels so good, Kelley!! Congrats on accomplishing that and getting over the fear!

00:43:33 Ellen Guthrie: I stopped wearing my smart watch this year and it’s been so FREEING.
00:45:56 Aleta Williams: I put my Fitbit into a clip instead of having it on my wrist. So much better.
00:48:05 Kelley Jabr: I would love to stop wearing this smartwatch but I also really like having the data it collects. XD

00:53:09 Natalie Korda: Being on a schedule definitely helps. I have all day to get things done, but if I don’t do things in the morning, I won’t get it done. I guess I was used to being on a schedule during the school year, and if I want to get things accomplished this summer, I need to focus.
00:54:29 Alex W: That’s such a good summary Chris, digesting vs consuming
00:54:34 Alexandra Vucetic: agree
00:54:56 Daniela Ordoñez Delgado: Loved how you put it Chris! Gonna write it down
00:56:00 Daniela Ordoñez Delgado: You just gave me next months goal haha
00:56:15 Daniela Ordoñez Delgado: my next month’s*
00:56:17 Chris Jabr: haha nice
00:56:56 Kayla Morton: I definitely agree with Chris! Well said! I will make a goal to stop consuming things that doesn’t nourish me emotionally or spiritually .
00:57:55 Kellie Burdg: avoidance for me definitely. I waste time on apps to put off doing important thibgs.
00:58:35 Alexandra Vucetic: I have to jump. Have a great day everyone; thank you for the convo!
00:58:54 Aleta Williams: Avoidance is real. I have started asking myself on a regular what am I avoiding.
00:59:47 Aleta Williams: I am with you Kayla.
01:00:00 Kelley Jabr: That’s a great idea, Aleta. I wonder what my answers will be if I ask myself that regularly.
01:01:40 Chris Jabr: what is important = what is everything not important I can let go
01:04:10 Chris Jabr: well I think your words have been insightful aleta, take that! 😉
01:04:34 Aleta Williams: I hear you Kellie

01:04:54 Kayla Morton: Aleta, what you said really spoke to me !
01:05:27 Kayla Morton: I also agree with Kellie, letting go of perfectionism has been a struggle of mine ..
01:05:35 Aleta Williams: Then I am glad I said it Kayla.
01:05:36 Kelley Jabr: That’s such a great point, Flora — it sometimes feels hard to let yourself do something just for the fun of it, without an end goal!
01:06:07 Flora Massah: Yeah exactly!
01:06:37 Chris Jabr: that’s why I’ve always hated to-do lists
01:07:08 Kelley Jabr: I have to go to a meeting now, but thank you so much!! This has been great and I’m sad I’ll miss the rest of it.

01:19:00 Daniela Ordoñez Delgado: Im so sorry, this has been great but I got to go <3 catch up with everyone on slack. Sending love to everyone and Good luck with those resolutions <3
01:19:20 Ellen Guthrie: Bye Daniela!

01:22:39 Natalie Korda: Doing a little of something each day. Right now, it is learning a new tech tool. I do it in 1 hour chunks
01:23:19 Kristin Chasky: Sorry it’s a bad connection. I was saying that I can really relate to what Ellen said and instead of a to do list that is never ending, I now choose a few things to get done each day and I’m so much more productive now and feel less stressed.
01:32:45 Chris Jabr: with me just digest more. I don’t reflect over success enough and often forget things.

01:37:36 Natalie Korda: Celebrate the little wins. Need to continue to stay focused, doing a little each day.
01:37:41 Belma McCaffrey: Is there anything you feel called to put into action?
01:38:09 Krystle Reniguntala: 1) digest 2) cut down my to-do list and rebrand it as as a want do list maybe?
01:38:27 Chris Jabr: let it settle
01:38:28 Aleta Williams: Intuition, Letting go
01:38:38 Ellen Guthrie: I’m going to host a celebration party. I am going to be more aware of when I am numbing (binging reality tv, endless social media scrolling) and go outside instead. Continue to listen to my body; she knows best.
01:38:44 Brittany Burns: Sorry, can’t talk: reflection, anxiety
01:40:36 Aleta Williams: Ellen…I have a friend that sent me an invitation to a get together just cause. Great idea
