Jena Booher, founder of Babies on the Brain, and I are talking about how she turned her biggest disappointment to a mission-driven career.
Prior to starting her company, Jena was a sales trader where she spent eight years in Equity Derivatives and Foreign Exchange at JPMorgan. Now, she’s a Social Scientist pursuing her PhD in Psychology, and she’s a Certified Life Coach. Her work aims to increase female retention, and improve the health and well-being of employees, while giving companies the tools and skills to make it happen.
