The one little habit that can change your life forever

Today I want to talk about the one little habit you can develop that can change your life forever.

An average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. That’s a lot of thoughts…

The crazy thing is that most of these thoughts are unconscious because our conscious brain can only hold four to seven pieces of information at the same time.

Our thoughts are important because they’re directly linked to the results we create in our lives.

So if we’re thinking something negative about ourselves, we’re going to feel bad about ourselves. And ultimately, the actions we’re going to take aren’t going to serve us.

On the other hand, if we’re thinking positive thoughts, and we’re feeling really good and energized, we’re going to take actions that have more positive energy.

We’re going to show up differently, and in the end, we’re going to see different results for ourselves…

Now because so many of our thoughts are happening in the background, it’s really difficult to track what we’re thinking – and awareness is the first step to change.

So what do we do?

I put together a short video to help you become more conscious of your thoughts.

This habit has been life-changing for me, and it’s one of the reasons I’ve been able to create positive results in my life and my career.

And make sure you watch or listen until the end b/c I have an exercise for you that is super simple and that you can implement right away.

After you’re done watching or listening, I’d love to hear from you:

  • What’s the greatest insight that you’ve gained from this video?
  • And are you willing to commit to this activity for 7 days?

Leave a comment to help boost your accountability, and I’ll provide some more guidance and coaching on the site.

And of course, if you love this episode, please forward it to someone who can benefit. Let’s share these insights with more people.

    Hi Belma,

This is an excellent idea. I do find myself getting overwhelmed and frustrated at work. I believe taking 5 minutes to stop and write it down and become more conscious of what or why I am having these feelings would help to calm me down and address them. This in turn would help me to be more productive. Unfortunately, I just found time to watch your video today but I would like to give this a try for a week starting Monday . I will be sure to let you know how it goes for me.

As always, Thank You for all you do!!!
